If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Returns must be approved before being sent back
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned
- Altered or bespoke garments can't be returned

To request a return, please contact us at support@lilyrou.com with your order number.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning your original item for a refund.


Return Shipping
Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

Return shipping fees are deducted from your refund at the following flat rates:
- United Kingdom: £4.95
- Europe: £12
- United States & Canada: £18
- Asia & Middle East: £22
- Australia & New Zealand: £25
- Rest of World: £30


Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 working days for processing
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


International Returns
For international orders:
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable
- Return shipping cost will be deducted

Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered
- Items returned without prior approval
