RETURNS & EXCHANGES 

At Lily Rou, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and convenient returns and exchange process.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team at support@lilyrou.com to start your return. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Repackage the Items
Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original packing slip and a note with your return reason to expedite processing.

3. Print Your Evri Return Label
After your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid Evri return label. Print the label and attach it to your package securely.

4. Drop Off the Package
ake the package to your nearest Evri drop-off point. Find your closest location [here](https://www.evri.com/parcelshops). Make sure to keep your receipt with the tracking number as proof of return.

5. Refund Process
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 10-14 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

HOW TO EXCHANGE AN ITEM

1. Contact Us
For exchanges, please contact our customer service team at support@lilyrou.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the new item/size you’d like instead.

2. Return the Original Item
Follow the same return process as outlined above. Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll process your exchange.

3. Receive Your New Item
We will ship your replacement item as soon as your return is processed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your exchange is on its way.

4. Exchange Terms
If the replacement item is of higher value, we will charge the difference to your original payment method. If it is of lesser value, we will refund the difference.


RETURNS & EXCHANGE TERMS

  • Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with all tags attached.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
